I think the procedure is the same as the IRC ADV 50xx:
Enter service mode *2&8* (level 1)
*2 (level 2)
Copier>option>displaysw>level2>tcrgsw>enter 1
Get out SM
*Adjusment&maintenance>replace toner>chose toner>ok
After replacing the toner return no 1 on 0

I disassembled i gear color hooper.
While it goes and then turn Replace Toner message.
Cogwheels crack what I had been altered but now they are alright.
Sensors are clean, gears revolve. Firmware last.
I do not know what it can do.

So you followed all the instructions and took the hoppers out.
You replaced the gear.
Did you put he toner tubes back in?
If not, tnen open the door by service mode or use the white crank screwed on the yellow hopper to open the door.
Insert toner tubes and you should be good to go.
