    i Know that fixing problem..

    but why fixing film always shift aside, so that cause the fixing film rip (broken), what should i do..

    please some body help me..

    ihave ccause 4 broken fixing film...

    fixing film ripping

    before i encountered that kind of problem though from a differnt model,the black fixing film which is new got ripped after few copies,but the brown one which i have cleaned and re-installed to the fixing assy works well..dont know wether there is some connection with the color of it films?anyway try to cleaned all the things that got connection with the fixing assy..lower roller,cleaning roller etc.hope it helps

      Are you replacing the lower fixing and cleaning roller also?

        There is a procedure in the service manual to even out the spring tension in the fixing film. It really should be done even on all new fusers.

        You'll have to see Paul for the service manual. JustManuals

        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          yes i have cleaning overall that thing..
          that only hold out one week...
          after that the fixing film rip again and again..
          now i try to check the spring tensions.. and what happen after one week...
          i'll wait
