Does anyone have the answer to the fax technology assessment I took the course twice and only got a 60 which is not passing and my boss is threatening my position in the company if I can not pass. Please help if you can.

My first and only fax training was on the Canon L700 series facsimile. We had a great teacher who took the time to answer all my idiotic questions. From my notes I put together a 100 pg combed book which has been my reference since 1996 (? not sure ?). Of course G3 was the new technology of the time. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If your course is anything like the one on the european Learning Zone the questions are generated in a random order so saying the answer to number 5 is... would be pointless.
Like Blackcat, the best course of action is to look at the online learning package and take notes to refer back when you do the test.

I know that the questions are never the same I was hoping that somebody would know all the answers I took notes and downloaded all the material from the web site, still did not help there is way to much information.Comment

I know I only got 85% on the test but I don't remember needing all that, I just took lots and lots of notes from the online learning. This was about 3 years ago so don't know if it has changed???CANON TRAINING

Thanks for all the help and offers I guess I'll have to go over the course again for a third time. I can fix fax machines but Canon is very different then all the other manufactures.Comment

u need to learn how to prepare for a Canon e-learning Test/ no one can read all of those manuals that Canon references about on needed preparation material when u do a online test/ > u note down the basic subject line of each course step> go back and review basics in manuals > then as u start course ,note down things that u didn't know about the product> review then proceed -
Learned that the Subject Line in any course spells it out/ keep it simple
