Hello,
I have solved one problem and read lot of forum posts.
1-I have repair print server. Power supplay is changed. Now work fine.
2-On print server Fiery x3im Led display work and on diplay is 00.
3. Now is connection PC - IRC fine.
This problem are solved.

One problem is new and for now I have no more idea.
I have this problem writen in new post.
