Hi guys good morning i have this machine by mark canon imageclass mf 5950DW. that is giving this error code E100 after that it will change to E733-0000. please some hep will be grateful.

Probably connection issue on controller board.Check connectors and ribbon.You dont have that luck to get two different errors at the same time.

E733 error is due to communication failure between d-con and m-con pls check the connectors between d-con and m-con if the problem persists try to change d-con

I would check the outlet for correct power output/ do u know how to check for proper voltages

what is your room enviorment

E100=BD detection PCB failure maybe laser scanner fault
condensation on the BD sensor could cause problems associated with E100

E733=Erroneous communication between controller and printer-
- Check the connectors of the DC controller PCB and image processor PCB for normal connection.
- Check the power supply of the printer (Check whether initialization is performed at start-up).
