I have a problem in IR 3245, it display e315-520 after copying black copy with lines
pls can anybody tell me about this error code

Does it still error when you do a report print.

315-0520 Device: timeout error
[Location to be detected] image process module (CMIP)
[Detection timing] When there isno interruption 2 min after the
operation has been started

Check connection with DDI-S cable(RCON). Replace the main
controller PCB.

Problem :
Error codes E315-0500, E315-0510 and E315-0520 occur when sending a fax. When faxing from the platen glass the fax job would complete with no error. The error codes would happen only when faxing from the DADF.

The MMI, MNCON, and DCCON clears were performed. Also, the Main Controller PCB was replaced with no change in the symptom.

Solution :
In this case, an RCON clear was performed. After performing the RCON clear, the door values were re-entered thus resolving the problem.

I re-entered the door values, it works normally about 30 copies then it displays E000315-0510,
Is there any problem in dc con?
what can I do??

Try with new DIMM.

i have had problem with the cable that goes from reader controller to main controller
