I asked if the machine made any 'clicking' noises prior to the CQ - "oh yes, for a few days now it has been making this horrible noise"
- yeah, thanks lady! The Transfer Cleaner Auger was twisted beyond recognition and the only way I could free the Waste Chute was to use a flat blade screwdriver as a drill, the Toner was compacted like cement, the Auger Spring actually returned to it's original shape and an hour or so of vacuuming & cleaning inside the Box, Drum & Transfer Units etc and performing a Gradation adj. and replacing the Waste Toner Container, brought the CQ back.
