    [Dead] IR C1021I - FIRMWARE DEAD

    I have a Canon IR C1021I device while the list is blocked, I restarted after a message appeared in Chinese believe.
    I think it is soft.
    can someone help me with a firmware or other solution.

      I had a similar problem.You must download UST and software with canon server.Instalation procedure is in attach.
      download system softwer.pdf
      If no work you must replace MAIN CONTR.PCB ASSY IRC 1021i /FM3-2916/
