my dear pl clean waste toner pipe line. in this pipe one spring joined to carry toner out side in waste toner container. pl clean this is also. on the top of this pipe one couple gear attached it's jam. release spring that couple gear automatic release and waste toner indicator switch also resat.

Did you clear the counter in service mode?

Check in service mode Copier>Counter>Misc>WST-TNR, clear to zero.

Waste toner must be cleared in service mode for this model. A clogged tonerpipe would give E0013 error.
