Can anyone tell me if this machine will forward incoming faxes to a folder on the PC? Have a customer that wants to do this and I have never set this up even though I have many of these in the field. Thanks!

To automatically forward received Fax and I-Fax jobs to other destinations, you must configure and enable forwarding conditions on the copier. This can be done at the copier control panel or using the RUI. To set forwarding conditions at the control panel:
1. Hit Additional Functions.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Forwarding Settings.
Here you can view your configured forwarding conditions. There are a number of options available:
- You can view all the conditions, or those that just apply to Fax or I-Fax jobs, by changing the Receive Type setting.
- Those conditions set to 'On' are active and are being used. Those set to 'Off' are inactive and are not being used. To turn a condition On or Off, simply highlight the condition and hit the Validate/Invalidate button.
- You can delete a condition by highlighting the condition and hitting the Erase button.
- You can edit an existing condition configuration by highlighting the condition and hitting the Edit button.
- To create a new forwarding condition, hit the Store button.
- To print the list of forwarding conditions, hit the Print List button.
Creating a new forwarding conditionTo set forwarding conditions using the RUI:
1. Enter the IP address of the copier in your web browser. The RUI page should appear.
2. Select Add. Func.
3. Select Forwarding Settings.
4. Most of the options described above will be available here using the RUI.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
