Canon IRC 2620 Color Alingment out

    [CQ] Canon IRC 2620 Color Alingment out

    Hi folks


    Hope you doing great in machines land,i have color alignment issue with given above model.. at first it was complete mess, after cleaning the rubber Rollers inside the ITB,Transfer Roller,Laser Housing and Auto Gradation Adjustment(Full) with Plain paper
    now yellow,Megenta and Cyan seems ok it's only issue remains with Black color,Machine has 123398 clicks on it.

    B&W copies are ok,i'll upload the sample tomorrow if get one.


    I'm out of ideas here,hope someone here can help me out with this.

    Dirt on the inside of the belt transfer back to your just cleaned rubber rollers. Beter is to clean the inside of the belt with alcohol of replace it.

      Also make sure your interior primary rollers are sitting correct/ check both ends of the spring plastic holders for crack
