[Misc] paper not detect

Hi
I am using Ir3300. from recent my machine is not detecting paper in (Tray 2).
I have changed OPC DRUM, PCR, BLADE IN THE CATRIDGE from onwards 3 horizantal black lines in equal interval is coming. Please help me out in solving these two problems.

1. broken ratchet gear on paper input unit. FB6-2778-000

2. without seeing the images We can only speculate maybe dirty optics or scan glass.

Assuming that you mean it shows the drawer has no paper(empty) and not a failure to detect the paper size-- it will indeed be the ratchet gear (paper can't lift all the way up). Of course, you need to start by removing the cassette and checking to see if there is paper wadded up behind the drawer. If not replace the ratchet or the entire cassette feed assembly. Very common problem on this model.

Hello,

There are two cases: 1- The tray paper lifting plate doesn't go up. ===> veify the lifting gear. ===>FB6-2778-000.
2- The paper sensor lever may be broken. ===> FB6-2783-000.
