[Jamming] intermittent jamming

HI Guys,

I have a IRA c7055 that is jamming intermittently, jam is logged as an OCF1 jam in the machine log. There is no real information about this jam code in the manual, except that its a logic jam. There are no error codes logged.

steps taken so far.

firmware update
remove and checked all connectors on dc-con
replaced all paper sensors in transport assembly and also replace registration assembly
dc and main controller clear

it occurs from any tray and on single or duplex copy.

Try to check or replacing the pressure unit lift motor M47 located on the Fixing/Feeder Assembly
And update systemsoft.

This Jam code is defined as an 'Error Retry Jam' and is usually accompanied by an Error Code registered in the Error History. When a 0CF1 Jam Code occurs, check for the corresponding Error Code in the Error Log and troubleshoot using that Error.

There have been instances of that jam occurring with no corresponding error code.

In error log can E074 after jam 0CF1
