It's sounds like the grounding spring for the steel registration roller not have a contact with the roller.Post a pic. please.

or a copy quality issue >like a wrinkles or creases=

this pictures mean it have bad press roller in fusion section ...if that ..you should be changing by other .

Here's the pic you requested of that reg roller spring reg ground spring.jpg It's most likely a fuser issue though. Something to check....Is this problem happening when you make a copy from the glass or only when you use the Doc Feeder.

hello, the same symptom is done even when it is printing or copying. and let me say you what i have doing,
i have changed the right door, changed the developing assembly, the drum unit,
the problem, i have two machines which have the same symptoms. thank you for your patience.

Looks like hesitation at reg roller. Does machine have the door updates and gray vertical rollers? Any jamming problems? Hopefully you didn't swap parts between the 2 bad machines.
