It's sounds like the grounding spring for the steel registration roller not have a contact with the roller.Post a pic. please.If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Here's the pic you requested of that reg roller spring reg ground spring.jpg It's most likely a fuser issue though. Something to check....Is this problem happening when you make a copy from the glass or only when you use the Doc Feeder.sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.comComment

hello, the same symptom is done even when it is printing or copying. and let me say you what i have doing,
i have changed the right door, changed the developing assembly, the drum unit,
the problem, i have two machines which have the same symptoms. thank you for your patience.Comment
