    [Jamming] canon ir 5000 A3 paper jam always when print from adf

    help me
    i have problem when i print A3 from adf its always jammed on exit point, pickup rollers changed there is no issue on pickup section i think there is problem in duplex but i could not find solution i have clean all the paper path sensors on duplex and exit section but no success plz just guide me thanks.

    1.when i print normal A3 from the glass there are no jamming even i print 100 copy its ok.
    2. when i print 2 side on A4 it have also no jamming its ok.
    3. i have tested diffident tray for A3 same good on jamming.

      What jam codes? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Have you replaced any of the rollers past the fuser into duplexer? There are new type of rollers for the 5000/6000 that will resolve most 2 sided issues

              i don't have replace any roller in duplex unit just clean well remove the whole dirt from rollers. but the duplex unit is working good on A4 normal there is no any kind of jamming even 1000 of copy. i get problem when i make A3 copy from ADF. normal 1-1000 A3 copy from glass no trouble no jamming just only when i made copy from ADF that time i get jamming in the copier not in ADF ADF work normal .

                          the paper path is different if you run from glass or ADF the rollers past the fuser the black one with 4 large rollers and the inverter roller with 6 small rollers need to changed out .Inverter roller is the roller between silver plates that goes down to the duplexer . I have also had problems form the motor that drives those rollers also
