[Misc] irc2380 printing extra page with line of code

Hi,

need some help the my machine that I bought from world of color and now they have walked away from any responsibility. the printed copies come with extra page that has a line of code. do not know how to stop this but it started from after i reseated the machine.

will appreciate any help.

Hi,

I do not have access to a scanner but have attached a photo from my iPhone. Every time you print or copy something, another blank page gets out with a single line at the top of the page with random numbers and letter that looks like some kind of code.

Yes it sounds like you're using an unsuitable driver. What version, emulation, model ... ?
