For US members this is similar to the iR600.

E063 is a problem with the transfer charger wire cleaner. The most common thing is when a tech is re-installing the unit, the cleaner is in the wrong position and knocks the actuator off the microswitch, sometimes breaking it. It's at the front of the cleaner travel. Reinstall the actuator arm for MSW6. Position wire cleaner ~3mm from front s/t covers. The cam on the cleaner will clear the cutout in the rail. Secure the s/t unit. Move the cleaner manually ~13 mm to the rear to trip MSW6. Turn power OFF/ON to reset.

I've had a new unit do the same thing that was warped. Remove the cleaner motor and cycle the cleaner by hand through the entire travel, watching for any binding. Remove the rear corona blocks, and reform the metal housing to match the angle at the front.

E066 is a pre-transfer charger wire cleaner error.

Another fairly common thing on these machines is for certain parts to be neglected. The tiny leaf spring with the nylon point rides the worm gear. This system is designed to let the point jump the worm gear a few times toward the end of the travel so the machine does not have to be too specific how long it drives. As that nylon point wears down it will begin to jump in the middle of the travel and not reach home position in time.

It's a common misconception that the wire cleaners do nothing and are unimportant. This is completely false. If the right kind of wire cleaners are kept in good condition, it's possible for wires to run 300k or more. The blue wire cleaners are designed for the dark gold or 'oxidized' wire. The beige cleaners are designed for the lighter gold wire (and should all be entirely gone, since the darker gold wire became standard 8 years ago, or more). Also mismatched wire cleaners to wire will not work properly either. If the blue cleaners are used with standard light gold wire they will remove all the gold plating within 5,000 copies. If beige cleaners are used on the oxidized wire they will not clean adequately. Also you cannot remove the wire cleaner mechanism or unplug the motor like the old NP6650s. It has to home out or the machine errors out.

Sorry about the rant, but I don't know how many arguments I had over this specific subject.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
