[Dead] imageRUNNER ADVANCE_C2020i Error Code E614-4000

[DIMM]

The printer will not start up, it appears only a white Error Code box on a black screen with text E614-4000.
Someone who has experienced or knows anything about this error?

you will probably need to replace Main Controller 1 and the Flash PCB as a set in order to clear the error

Now I have changed both FM4-3139 Main Controller 1 and
FM4-3143 Sata Flash PCB, but the error code E614-4000 is
still in the printer display at startup.
No success yet.

At startupt the error code E614-4000 appears a few seconds
before the printer reboot itself and the error box stops with
the E614-4000 continuously.

At 2+8 usb boot the printer hangs, with this display image.

Service Mode is impossible to get into, Startup with 2+4 and
1+7 does not work.

It sounds like the printer starts up everything really, except the errorCode

I'll check them again today. The error started when a scan to folder froze for the customer.

"connection cable" do you mean a specific cable? We have tried to check most of them around the cards.

SDRAM's, DIMM ASS'Y, AC DRIVER PCB ASSEMBLY and HDD tested today from identical C2020i printer.

Lastly we tested the cards from the customer's printer in our C2020i (as a set), and got the same error code E614-4000.

Is it just to change the Main Controller 1 and Flash PCB from our C2020i printer, to the customers C2020i ?
Interesting exchange to know if one of the newly ordered cards are defective.

Sata Flash PCB is the faulty card, but will take time to fix,
since it can not be fast moved from another c2020i.

Rarely wrong on new cards, so why this time!

I had the same Error in my Machine, try to start with 2&8 with USB-Stick, then Format HDD and Flash, Transfer the Firmware with Update (Backless Mode).
After this the Firmware was installed on the System, after Reboot E602-0001 appears, made a HD-Clear (when E602-0001 appears take the *28* as describe in the Servicemanual, you have an Option to Clear the HDD)
Now the System ist working fine, the Printer starts up and everything is ok.
