    Entire right door. Same as 4 months ago. Most of the time it has trouble getting to flag in pfu 1. It's working now. I'll see what happens. Thanks for all the replies

      make sure that lower cassette does not have that broken plastic wheel under metal slide adjust plate/

      take out cassette>remove paper> turn tray upside down & shake > see if it falls out/
      when broken < paper shifts the plate over> cause mis-feed pic up delay-----------------------
      also check if tray locks in proper> to make proper contact with tray identity switches in back

      had many of these lower trays bounce away from switches during copying vibration>causing delay jams
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

        I checked that. I actually repaired that tray about a year ago and its held up good.
