    Canon IR4570 DF Problem

Hi, I have problem with Canon IR4570. When feeding a single sided document on the feeder, i noticed that the feeder runs on a duplex mode and not on a single mode but my settings on the machine is 1sided-1sided. I tried replacing another feeder from a good machine but the problem is still the same so i think that the problem is in the machine. (I test the feeder on another machine and it works fine). Is there an adjustment on the machine that i need to be check? Or parts that i need to check or replace? Thank you very much. (see also attached video)

Do you get a two-sided copy? Does it flip then image the second side? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Perform the following in Service Mode Level 2, to have the Feeder scan the original once for single sided copy.

Check the setting under COPIER>OPTION>BODY>LEVEL 2>SCANSLCT.
      service mode to>to Level 2
(*Additional Functions key)#2 #8 keys together(*Additional Functions key) then (*Additional Functions key) then #2 Key.

      COPIER>OPTION>BODY>SCANSLCT.)
      There are two settings available.

0: OFF (Determining the scan area by document detection)
1: ON (Determining scan area by paper size)
If the setting is "1" the feeder will scan the original twice. Set to "0" for single scanning.
