My IPF8000 showing 03800500-2F30 error code. I am using this printer since 2008. Pretty familiar with the machine inside and out.
Went trough many ups and downs with this printer, keeping this piece of s.... because when it works is making beautiful prints.
Anyway, I have Service manual as well.
I know is Head management sensor error and order new head managament, installed myself, went to service mode calibrated etc. all according with service manual.
Last week The printer gradually losing colors on print, then another day printing beautiful images and next print "bum", almost white page.
Today is printing nice "pure white" pages

Two new print-heads PF-03 istalled in DEC 2012 so they are 2 months old, with not much usage.
Printer is not displaying any errors, like replace print head, print head error etc. and warning about anything. I know how those errors looks like.
In 2009 upgrade firm. to 1.38 and I got bunch of messages to "replace everything" Fortunately founded the way to downgrade firm. to 1.32.
This Error showing only when starting cleaning procedure and going to " Nozzle Check" after few attempts, showing the error 2F30 and telling to restart printer.
Obviously printer is unable to finish cleaning, well I know nozzles could be clogged - but is little to fast after 2 months of installation
Looking for solution, maybe somebody experienced same problems?
I know what Canon recommends - Manag. sensor replace ( I did ), printhead and next step PCB ( this is out of question, not worth ).
How is possible that one day printhead and "PCB" is making nice prints an another "pure white".
Any help will be appreciated.
