I have cannon 5570 which is showing error code E025-001. And i have changed the bottle feeder motor but the problem remains please help.

Please tell me which motor is to be replaced, for E0025-0001, upper one or lower one

Sub drive assembly, which contains the lower motor .
It is much easier to change, and cost a few dollars more than the motor only

3 things cause this:

User puts in toner wrong
Lower motor FK2-0813-000
Fuse on top middle of Dc Controller blows.

Lower motor is easy to replace.

I stock the motor and the fuse to fix this error.

Motor check 20 or 21 (forward or reverse) in Service mode will help.
