IR 6000 SCREEN GOES DARK

The following problem started when I installed a new upper, heated fuser roller & cleaning web.
Turn on machine,
"Wait" screen lights up
E000004-0000 code appears
hit *2-8 keys
hit "copier"
Maintinance screen displays for a few seconds then goes Dark.
hit Energy saver "ON" button and the screen lights up again.


Back to "Wait" screen and same cycle repeats its self over again.
I might have put something back together incorrectly. Duh!...

Any suggestions here?

Fixing heater (H1, H2), AC driver PCB, DC controller PCB
1) Try replacing the fixing heater. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
2) Try replacing the AC driver PCB. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO: Check the wiring; if normal, replace the DC controller PCB.
after check reset COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR
