I'm getting this code and can't find the SM online and would like to know what I am dealing with before I call the service company.

The colour misregistration is usually due to toner getting between the rollers & the belt in the ITB unit, hence cleaning the rollers to prevent the belt from slipping.

Unfortunately that is not the only cause, sometimes the settings on the dc controller become currupted and cause the shutter cam on the laser units to go out of alignment. The solution is to perform a DC con clear under service mode and re-enter all the settings (better hope you saved them before clearing).

Before you ask about the latter its something really better left to a tech as you can really mess the machine up if you enter the wrong settings or don't enter them at all.
