[Misc] Canon IR4570 with a grinding noise from the document feeder

I have a Canon IR4570 with a grinding noise coming from the doc feeder. It sort of sounds like gears but not as harsh. It will also keep running with out jamming, it just makes the loud noise. The noise is especially bad as the paper is coming out of the exit on the doc feeder and really bad if you make 2 sided copies. I was there a couple of weeks ago due to noise when it fed the paper in at the top of the feeder and managed to get most of that to go away and when I delivered toner today I could hear the copier when I walked in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

Check the upper cover assembly ,see if the pivot arm (FF6-1281-000) is bent >
will cause uneven pressure >causing noise -

I've had the jam release green wheel at the front cause noise issues, especially if customer does a lot of scanning using DF. Take the long front cover off & have a listen etc.
