[Dead] Canon ir3100cn power cut off when closing the front door

Hi,
Good day, i have a Canon ir3100cn, i have a problem on this, when i turn on the machine it will initialized, but it was indicating the front door is open, and after i open and closed the front cover the machine is turning off completely, all i have to do is replaced the fuse on the power lead, please help.

One problem has been found to be the metal actuator on the lower part of the right door not actuating the front door switch mechanism.

This metal actuator needs to be straight and not bent at an angle. When the right door is closed the front door switch actuator is lifted up about 1/2 inch from the bottom.

If the white switch actuator is not in the up position as in the image above the machine will give the message, close the main unit's right cover.

In the image above the switch actuator is at the bottom of the channel. If the right door is closed and the switch actuator is in the lower position, check the metal actuator and adjust it until it lifts the switch actuator up about 1/2 inch.

also check-------

1. Ensure the front door sensor plate is securely in correct position
2. Check the 24vdc on Main Controller Power Supply PCB (J211/pin 4) for SW23
3. Check the change of voltage on the Cover Open/Close Switch (SW23) manually
4. Check the Front Door Sensor (PS22) for 5vdc (pin 6) and change of state (pin 5) on DC Controller PCB J308
5. Replace parts accordingly-
