Error code e602-0001 - IR 2270

Hi All,

Thanks for you previous help as PDF for fusing assembly PDF.

I am not sure whether I am in a problem or not .. but it seems to be at the moment.

Faced Error -- E00007-000 initially -- Fixing film issue ->> It got changed to E00001-000 -- unwanted heating ->> Now as I have removed the error from service mode -->> it is showing Error Code - E602-0001

Can sombody help.

Replace hard disk and reload firmware using the SST, HD-format file & firmware.

try to re plug harddisk first .....
then change the new one

This code means an error on the hard disk has occurred and can't be detected,

Hi All,

I have learnt that ignoring error via service mode has result the hard disk to crash.
Later on running chk dsk by pressing 1 and 9 and get the copier turned on -- didn't help

It has costed me 1800/- India Rupees..

Now if any of you can guide me if I can recover and get the disk working.

What are the steps and where can I get the ROM and applications.

If any one in India Delhi .. can help me in recovering this hard disk.
