i have canon ir400, since last two days it can not print from pc, sometime i restart pc or ir400 and it starts and sometime not printing, also displays sometime error code e677, i cleaned printer board and check connectors also but problem not solved, so i request you to help me in this regard, please help me as early as possible, my mail address is iconcmpt@gmail.com

Identifying Which Printer Board is Installed on an imageRUNNER 330 / 400
Is there is a printer board installed in it ????

There are 4 different printer boards available for the imageRUNNER 330 / 400. On each printer board assembly there is a small white rectangular sticker on the metal. This sticker has a bar code and a variety of information. The information included is the EFI part number, Serial Number, Date of Manufacture, and Description. The Description will be something like 'Ship Group, PS/PCL, US English, Erebus'. It may, however, be truncated. There should be enough information there for identification. Here are the specifics for each of the 4 printer boards:
Printer Board Model: Description on Sticker: Network Multi-PDL Printer Board-H1 PS/PCL Erebus Network Printer Board-K1 PCL Erebus Network Multi-PDL Printer Board-P1 PS/PCL Aravali Network Printer Board-R1 PCL Aravali You can identify the Network Multi-PDL Printer Board-H1 (PS/PCL) and the Network Printer Board-K1 (PCL only) by the serial number.
The Network Multi-PDL Printer Board-H1 serial number starts with a 'K'.
The Network Printer Board-K1 serial number starts with a 'J'.

If this Label has EREBUS on it is a H1/K1 type of Network Printer PCB.
If this Label has ARAVALI on it is a P1/R1 type of Network Printer PCB. IP must be at least version 60.10 and DC Con Version 25.01.

You need the PDL DOWNLOADER TOOL/ U MUST HAVE YOUR FIRMWARE

Change the printe board

Replace the SDRAM DIMMS (2 x 32mb), replace the Hard Disk.
