Printer Canon iR3225 - Send scan to mail whit error #80

Hi,
After that we had changed our Exchange 2003 server for a new Exchange 2010 server...
We had this printer with the error #801, when we scanned and the printer try send e-mail to the emails.

We had configured the scan to a folder in a file server and it's fine.

We had check:
-Server smtp, ok (exchange 2010)
-Network, ping, telnet with 25 port to the smtp server, ok.
-DNS, domains domain.com
-Exchange 2020, please see our configuration in the pics

You can see that we had a a lot network and a lot printer (all printer fax-mail work fine).

Any ideas?

A timeout error occurred while the machine was communicating with the SMTP server to send an e-mail message or send/receive an I-fax. Check that the SMTP server is functioning normally. Check the network status.

The SMTP server returned an error while trying to connect. The destination is not correct. An error occurred on the server side during transmission to a file server. Check that the SMTP server is functioning normally. Check the network status.

Check the destination setting. Check the status and setting of the file server.

You are sending a file to a destination to which you have no write permission. Check the destination setting.

When the machine tried to send a file to the server, a file with the same name already exists on the FTP server and that file cannot be overwritten.

Change the settings on the file server to enable the file to be overwritten, or contact the server administrator.

When the machine tried to send a file to the server, either the folder name is incorrectly specified or the password is incorrect.

Check the destination setting.

We found the source of our problem.
The printer send the emails with the 26 port, because the old Exchange worked with this port.
How can we change this port for the 25 port?

1. Press Additional Functions, 2 and 8 at the same time, and then Additional Functions again.
2. Press Additional Functions and then press 2 again. This will put you in Service Mode Level 2.
3. Select Copier, Option, Body
in Level 2===SMTPTXPN=Change of the SMTP transmission port number

SMTPRXPN=Change of the SMTP reception port number
