[Dead] canon c6000 image press server

dear sir
we have Canon image press C6000 with server A1100
We changed HDD 160 GB and we put new HDD 500 GB
now we install windows XP perofisional but windows can not find

- USB CONTROLLER

- MULTIMEDIYA CONTROLLER (P/N : 45044896 PCBA/PCI CARD)

- UIB (SERVER CONTROL PANEL UNIT ON THE CASE)not available and and write efi fiery starting up...


please help me

Hi,

Did you use the original DVDs to install or use any plain old WinXP install CD to do it?

Is you 160GB HDD is still intact or total failure?

we install WINDOWS XP withservice pack 3

we have two CD:
1- drivers
2- software

yes i can put old HDD(160 GB)Q
but we format it.

and if i find usb control
i can resolve

Is your original XP Pro CDs have label of wordings like EFI; Fiery? The orignal DVDs (2 of it) would have everything that is needed to install the system

Dont think any off the shelve Windows OS will have those drivers you looking for. Unless you intend to convert that piece of hardware(A1000, I think?) into a workstation. The orignal DVD would contained the software to process print jobs to be send to print engine hardware (C6000)

our windows XP cd original but not from efi company.
where i can find original windows XP CDs?
can you send me part number of CDs?
i know our windows can not support it.and we need special windows XP.
