Hello Everyone,
We've been having issue with our IRC 3220 for a while. Recently we've been having color streak issues such as yellow dots on our B&W pages and a horizontal blue line half inch width when printing color pages. All was well until one day I got an E000020-0281 code, I checked this thread
http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ca...rc-3220-a.html
And found all my salt values to be around 140. So I took out my drums and found a lot of yellow and blue leaked powder(toner or developer?) The only thing I could think of was to replace the yellow and blue drum units. So today I got them in, genuine canon, non opened. And they're giving me different code of E000020-0124 after installing them.

I take out the drums to see that cyan was leaking quite a bit of powder yet it's a completely new unit. What could the issue be?
