E602-0003 Ir 2800 what i have to do

E602-0003 this massage appear on my 2800 screen what i have to do
i read old thread in forum they suggest to press *28*
i did it but it doesn't work the * button didn't flah
so what i Have to do

the star button is the one with the circle around it. when u select that button u should get into a menu called additional funtions from here u push 2+8 then push that same star button.

u are probably pushing the other star button on the panel....

under there go into copier/functions/system. u can do a Hard disk check there to see if the disk and partitions are ok. if they aint u gotta go get a canon tech in to sought u out mate.
