[Error Code] IR2880 E00020-100, then E00020-0020

I have an IR 2880. Initial code was E00020-0100. There was no yellow on the copies. I changed the yellow drum and got the E00020-0020. Canon online says to change the laser if you get this sequence of codes. I did that, and still have no yellow. There isn't any yellow patch on the transfer belt. All the other colors are there.
I'm stumped. Any help would really be appreciated!

Have you done an autograd, did you get all 4 colours displayed, or was the yellow missing?

If so inspect the clutch at the rear, might not be driving the yellow drum?

Service manual says;

E020

Error in the developing assembly (toner fault: ATR error)
0020 Indicates that the patch level is lower than the lower limit of the target although
setting it as the maximum when initializing Yellow ATR.

Thanks to all the responses. It was the Yellow developer drive clutch that solved the problem!
