see attached file for instructions to install. after install you do not mess with it. it automatically detects your usb-parallel cable when plugged in, but you will need to select it as the last thing before you start downloading from your sst. From your sst window, no where else.

having a problem with installing this too..

The nethawk installs as "usb printing support" but when i go update driver and then go to C:\Program Files\ServiceSupportTool\inf\USBPAdp it says a better driver could not be found than the one already installed or something like that..

Any ideas?? have only had it working on windows ME on my old laptop lol..

Do you work for Canon or a dealer in Vic?
I work for a Canon dealer in Qld and follow the Nethawk install procedure in the above post.Also...remember to use the SAME usb port every time you use the nethawk driver.
And one last thing...Canon Inc stated this week that they no longer supply the Nethawk cables and that "if you need one you should try Ebay"
If you work for Canon take the laptop to Canon HQ and have Tech support load it up for you.
