canon IR2020 ADD Tonner message, even when the new tonner is installed.

I have canon IR2020, is giving a message ADD TONNER even when new cartrige has been installed - I don't know where the tonner sensor is, any one with the diagram of the canon IR 2020 developing unit or any solution to this problem.

hi...i believe there is no sensor to be found...but there is toner density adjustment on the HV board....

maybe you not using the original toner trying type original as KATUN ..and making the cartridge in her truth position ...it have any sonsor ....

Thanx Montana, I have tried to adjust, but the machine keep on idling and there after (ADD TONNER) message apprears.

maybe you not using the original toner trying type original as KATUN ..and making the cartridge in her truth position ...it have any sonsor ....

Hi Zaza, Thank you for your help, I tried using riginal tonner - blown the tonner tank and add original tonner afresh but ADD TONNER comes on!
