[Dead] Can't access IPR C1 printer status/settings

Hello. I have a problem with Canon Imagepress C1. Fiery Q1 server is working fine. When I try to print for example test page job status becomes waiting and is not changing endless. I have checked every cable. I don't know what to do, please give me some advice. Thank you.

Ok try printing from copier. go printer/status/function/test page and config page.

The problem is that i cant access printer status, then function. It says wait a moment......., and never changes

Make sure you are using the Fiery print driver and not the driver for the internal print controller.

That is the problem your fieryQ1 never boot up.
go to service mode and check the image cont. make it 3 there.

I also have the same problem as possible know the solution and how the information prepared and I do not have the CD to reboot?

go to service mode and check the image cont. make it 3 there.

I Checked the image cont. It was 3, so I made it 0, restarted printer, then again made it 3. No changes
