Hi is it genuine Canon toner and if you do a Bk,Cyan,Mag single colour copies is it the same and i had to wipe all software to clear background issues before.

This is a brand new copier with only 2000 pages, all toners are oem, drums have 2000 pages ,dev units 2000 pages, itb unit swapped out with new one still same problem streaking colors, dirty pages, cleaned secondary transfer roller,80 percent better

Try a DC Con clear but get P Print sheet first or wipe software.

Hi if secondary transfer is getting dirty is must be coming from ITB assy, is the ITB sheet clean after running solid colour A3 sheets.

Yes i even replaced with new ITB belt and cleaner same problem, when i took the ITB Unit that was streakingand put it into different copier works fine

Hint : Clean all Dust blocking glass with the Cleaning Tool which is attached at the front door.
Press Settings/Registration - adjustment/maintenance - maintenance - Cleaning inside main unit - Start.
After finished :
Press Settings/Registration - adjustment/maintenance - adjust image quality - auto gradation adjustment - full adjust - Start.
Read the User manual if you have difficulties.

These items you have suggested have already been done before new belt and itb belt and cleaning unit was replaced, thanks for the info

Hi Alex i have ordered secondary outer transfer roller, i cleaned original one and the quality is better by 80 percent will do test copy 10 and let you know, thanks

Howcome the lines are not on the leading and trailing edge? They seem perfectly white. It could also be because of the scanner you used to scan the examples. The colored lines (magenta and other colors) seems to be related to the drum-developing units. I would go for a swap of drum-developing units with the ones from other good working machine to elimintae causes. You could also make Testpage 6 on A3 or other large format printed from the Manual Feed ass'y and open the door when the sheet is pulled into the machine. Is the trouble allready visible on the IT-belt when opening the machine?

Have you tried the cleaning and coating of secondary transfer roller procedure yet? Also, as mentioned above, what is the background image and text? Is it in the original image? If the image is repeating to such a great extent it would be ITB related but you've replaced that already. We would really need to see the original image to know how it differs exactly.

However, first try cleaning optics and clean/coat secondary transfer roller.

Removed and replaced secondary outer transfer roller problem is fixed, copy and print quality back to normal
