c3220 paper ooutput problem

i have canon c3320 , using the bypass tray paper 100 #text, or 80 lb cover coated paper
100lb text set heavy 1 , 80lb cover set heavey 2
all this coated paper set glossy ,100lb text and 80lb cover, paper output , i could see at the end of paper about 3/4 inch ,paper deform, like wave , not flat , if print two side , there will get trouble at fuser output ,,fuser are new ,what is the reason for this , need help ?

I had once rented n irc3220 to a printshop and they also would run 110# cover paper through their copier but to do so it was put through the bypass tray and I believe, in order to do the second side they would hand-curl the paper in the opposite direction in order to flatten it out and send it back through the bypass tray for the second side. Albeit, I believe that they might have run it Ltr_R direction and it might have been in some cases 140# for business cards. Apparently it's possible to get a heavier stock to pass through the registration roller when it's in Ltr_R direction, but dunno. I think this was beyond specs for the copier but print shops are always trying to push more out of their hardware than joe-average. You might consult the specs for that copier because in many cases with heavy paper stock usage you really don't have to fix the problem, you just need to fix the client's understanding of copier limits instead.

For thick stuff, the finisher should be unplugged, and the paper allowed to exit straight through the fuser (not on Top).
Double sided Glossy is not supported
