error code E0069-05 that problem is from pre-transfer corona have a leakage get a high voltage

hi is it the transfer wire cleaner at the front, it should be towards middle when you fit it.

E0069 initially means leakage in the Transfer charging assy, but often is the Fixing Roller Bias leaking to ground.
Check the Fixing Roller Bushings and Collar, the Fixing Roller must not contact the body.

hello..! yes you can check the both sides bushing maybe it is already broken or there have some gear broke also.!that is why the cause of error e069.
