Apparently, black clutch drive gear has one big gear and one small one, do you know if it comes with both gears, when i look at parts manual shows whole solenoid, hard to tell
All four clutches are identical... not sure which additional gear you mean. This gear is not attached to your clutch? Then it must be in the developer drive box, never had one of those break before.

This is a picture of the gear that is broken, need to know if the whole clutch comes with both gears as it is in the picture20130614_074219.jpg

Hi Teckat, thanks for the info, your right my parts manual tells me the same thing, on Figure 270 it shows FM2-5568-000 as the whole assembly, do I have to buy the whole assembly for only small gear

ON SOME MANUALS THE LEFT OUT THAT #1O LISTING FOR CLUTCH
just order the clutch # below _ clutch has all the gears / u don't need the whole assembly
# fm2-3581-000= CLUTCH
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
No kidding , kinda reminds me of the gear that failed on the 3100 that was on the main drive assembly. four hour job flying, another tech did one in about 3 days. Basically had to gut the machine then they later made the gear available separate. Hahaha that was fun! lost that account too.
Post here how you got on, I've never had to replace that clutch, so would be interested how easy/hard it is to replace!
Not easy the first time around, you have to remove the Power Supply, HVT, ductwork and wiring harnesses from the lower half of the machine. Good time-waster.
