Could that possibly be a Canon NP-3050, as in analog? That's been obsolete for at least 10 years.
I don't see any main motor conditions in my database, because that's a typical problem of very old and tired machines. Turn each unit individually, looking for excessive drag. If I remember correctly there is one main motor driving most of the machine. If you don't find the problem there, start cleaning and lubricating bushings in the main drive. Don't just bathe the machine in oil. Take apart the various drive components, checking each for excessive drag or wear. Seized fuser bearings is the most common cause of main motor errors.
Not that you can do much about it. Parts have been unavailable for a very long time. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
