Its not the feed assembly's, its not the controller. This should be fun to figure out. It had to be the last one I am going to support too.

The cassette unit is dead. It shows paper back to the main unit but will not move the motor. Its not the motor either.

Does it even know the cassette exist? The copier that is. I think there might be a setting in copier options accessories that tells it you have a optional cassette attached. Look in the service manual and see, as I dont have one in front of me at the moment and the drive that does is not connecting to me.

The installation materials need to be reviewed very closly and make sure all wires are there. There is nothing in service mode to do.

Hey I hope you got to resolved this issue.

If not here are some other tips.

Make sure the optional Power Supply kit- Q1 is installed.

This power supply is required when installing the optional Cassette Feeding Unit- Q1.

The sales item number for the Power Supply Kit- Q1 is 0423B001BA.
