    ------------------------------------------
    1-main circuit breakercheck
2-are the fans were not coming on this usually would point to Main Power Supply
3-is there 24VDC out of the power supply ? y/n -- Main Power Supply
4-DC-Dc converter supplies power to the DC-Controller and the Main Controller. The part number for the DC-DC converter is FM2-6049-000.

power requirements for the imagePRESS C1

-Main unit has 2 different plugs
    1) 20A, For Main unit.
    2) 15A, For Buffer Pass which is included in a main unit and attached ACC’s (*w/o imagePRESS Server-Q1/T1, Paper Deck AA1)

-iPR Server Q1/T1 and Paper Deck AA1 each have their own plugs.

The imagePRESS C1 and C1+ has one 20 Amp and a 15 Amp plug (see pics above). If the 15 Amp is not plugged in or AC is missing, the machine will generate the E009 0001 error code. The 15 Amp coming from the Main Unit is for the Accessories (Optional) Power Supply that supplies power to the Decurler, Puncher and Finisher.
Therefore, make sure that both AC plugs are plugged in to a wall outlet and if so, make sure that 120V is generated from the wall outlet.

Problem was faulty DC POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY.
