    [Error Code] E000007-0200

    Hello. After positioning fixing belt to center I restarted the machine, but still I'm getting this error. I really need help, as we don't have Canon service in Armenia. Thank you

      Thank you for answer. Sorry i didn't mention, that the printer is Canon Imagepress C1

          i dont know about this model but eooo7 fuser film error other canon model (ir 2016 etc.).
          you must change it and clear code in service mode
          Black is Kyocera , Color is Gestetner.

              imagePRESS C1, imagePRESS C1+
              E007 0100 and 0200


              1-check the wire harness from fixing driver pcb, figure 810 key 55 part # FM2-7210-000 may resolve this code.
              (have see changing this harness help on this code in field)

              2-replaceing Fixing Driver PCB (FM2-7729-010) & Replacing M35 (FK2-0577-000)has also helped on this code
              3-Fixing Belt Walking =replacing the lower fixing belt/
              The steering roller bearings are wearing and binding the fixing belt assembly creating this issue.

              The following 3 steps where performed to correct the problem:

              1. Install a 100K Fixing Kit Kit#: F02-5186-000
              2. Install Steering Roller Bearings: Inner Bearing: XG9-0177-000 (2) and Outer Bearing: XG9-0407-000 (2).
              3. When assembling the fixing belt ensure to use the proper amount of oil so the unit does not bind and make noise.
