IR C6800 ADF doesn't initialize

Turning the machine on the ADF should initialize at first making it ready, the green light will be flashing. But it turns the other way, it doesn't initialize and I can't use it, the machine can print normally, I just can't use the feeder. I checked the sensors on it all good. connectors are ok, current flows, I can't isolate the problem. Need help on this please! Experienced techs save me here!

u talking about Original Placement Led

check ADF cover, open/closed sensor-1 at J2, pin 11 on the ADF Controller for change of state

I thought I had checked all the sensors! And now you know I lied. I'll fix it tonight, I know this will be very helpful info.
