What is the distance between the marks, in millimeters? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Hello ,

make sure that you are using an original Toner, also i want to ask you if the machine is clean from the inside and there;s no toner on it , what i initilaze that its a toner dust inside the transfer roller base , try to stop the paper befor enter the heater zone ,and clean the machine from the inside

If you don't see anything on the drum unit bylooking at it then take out the developer and turn the roller. Changes are someone slipped while cleaning and put some crap on it.

If your dimension is closer to 4.0 cm then it's a mottling issue. Remove the developing unit and rotate the developing cylinder. Watch for lumps, then dry wipe them.

If the toner dumps in your shoes rotate the other direction. =^..^=
