    what is your set up for NETWORK PRINTING

    do u have a imagePress Server Q1/T1 connected ??

    or the COLOR UFR II/PCL/PS KIT-P1/or K1
    (activated)

    NOTE
    To use the features of the Color UFR II/PCL/PS Printer Kit, it is necessary to expand the memory capacity of the machine to 1,536 MB.

    Q1 T1.JPG
    OPTION>
    Color Universal Send Kit

    The Color Universal Send Kit enables you to send scanned documents via e-mail or I-fax, as well as send scanned data to be stored in file servers or User In-boxes.
    NOTE
    The Send function is available only if the Color Universal Send Kit is activated by registering a license key.

    You can check for the LMS-based Printer Kit on the Canon device the same way as you would check for any other installed LMS-based option or kit.

    Perform the following steps:

    1. Press the [Counter Check] button on the copier control panel.

    2. Hit the [Device Configuration] button on the LCD screen.

    3. Scroll down through all of the available pages on this Device Configuration screen. Look for either PS, PCL or UFRII. The methods listed here (ex. PS, PCL, or UFRII) are installed and are available for printing.

                      Ethernet Straight network cable
                      goes from T1 to your Network wall connection side

                              NOTE: If you have an external RIP, such as an imagePASS J1/H1, colorPASS GX-100 or imagePRESS T1/Q1, you will not have any PDLs listed on the copier because there are no internal print kits installed on the device. In this case printing is controlled by the external RIP and you will still use the 'C' Boot ROM.

                              1-where did u get this TI ?
                              2-did try to reload the T1 system software ?
                              3- has someone confirmed the Network is active ?
                              4- did u read the Service Guide
                              5-are there any DIAG 2-digit display codes on T1

                              FF • iPR-T1 is not booting =Check external and internal connections and cables.
                              E3 • DIMM is missing =Install or reseat the DIMM in DDR DIMM2.
                              00 • iPR-T1 has booted and is functioning correctly = No action required.

                              if u don't have CD's
                              There are two ways to order v2.0 system software for the imagePRESS Server T1, they are as follows:

                              * DVD - System Software v2.0: FK2-5844-000
                              * Mediapack w/System Software v2.0: FM3-1062-000
