    [CQ] IRC3220 PCQ issue

My customer was printing a 70 page document. A portion of the text would appear bold and 3D. See attached photo.

there is no pm on this machine, check the drive gears for the transfer belt, looks like a tooth may be broken on the drive gears, also does it just do it in black how are other colors?

I replaced the C,M, and K drum units along with the transfer belt, roller and cleaning blade about a month ago. The unit has 441409 total copies. This appears when printing a multiple page black and white document. I pulled the ITB assembly and checked the all the gear teeth, none are missing. I had someone print a multiple page color document and it looked great. I have attached photos of the counters and I have requested new RB2-6870-000, TRANSFER ROLLER, QTY 4 and FB6-3131-000, SECONDARY TRANSFER ROLLER, QTY 1. Attached are pictures of DRBL-1.
