Good Day GURU.
My machine is IR5075 with DADF-S1 feeder, after I replace feed roller (because caramel rubber) it stuck.

Sounds like something was not assembled correctly. There is a pin that can drop out when you replace the feed roller. Maybe you are missing that pin. Also , there is a plastic separation guide that when reinstalled must be mounted so that the wider side of the sheet is toward the pickup roller side. If you are going to be working on your own machine.....buy the service manuals so you can familiarize yourself with the disassembly procedures my friend. Now you've got to retrace your steps and figure where you went wrong. Start by verifying that you didn't lose that small pin. I'll attatch a pdf in the hope that it will help you.......but buy the books, your gonna need them or eventually you'll make a bad mistake that will cost you some $$$$$$$$$$$$$DADF roller removal.pdf

I just solved my problem.
That was too narrow gap between 2 metal plates before enter the transfer corona.
I compared to another machine that wide gap enough for paper pass smoothly.

No. Paper Jam anymore.
