[Error Code] IR5075 fuser codes

[Cycle Clutch]

IR5075 with E001-0001,E001-0002. Installed Canon rebuilt
fixing assy., but code pops up a couple times a day. Line
voltage is OK. Opened incident # with Canon Tech Support-
they say possible DC Controller Bd problem-My gut says no.
What have I forgot to check?

check the connector from the fuser to the main body on the transport section for paper broken pin etc., try a dc con clear, i have had dc controllers go bad

Thanks Luther for the response. I have removed the tran/sep-
bed belt-fixing assy. from the copier and gave it a good looking
over. All connector pins are good and clean. Just did the D-Con
clear. Time will tell if it works. Thanks again.

make sure you check the machine side of the connector also not just the transport section side, there was a mod to put 2 washers on the connector to ensure good contact, good luck

It's been 2 weeks since I did the DCON clear, and there have been
no more codes thrown. Thanks Luther!
